What I get is: Congratulations to all the people of the ??? hemisphere on the beginning of Spring.
Greetings from Walvis Bay! The interest of Namibians in the Eneergy Diet Trimaran expedition is still high, so we decided to include the RSS feed of your blog on our website (click on my name to visit it) as well. We hope that all goes well and can't wait for news from Fortaleza as soon as they arrive there alive and well, setting what can now only be termed "yet another" world record!
If any visitor to your site has pics of the guys arriving in Walvis, or of their departure, I would love to load it on the blog. Could you ask around please?

Regarding the photos: well, we've added a little gallery at http://www.wbyc-online.com/index.php?mact=Gallery,m6e73e,default,1&m6e73edir=Visiting-Yachts&m6e73ereturnid=71&page=71 where we're also attempting to collect more photos of the visit. So far only a few have been added here, and I still also need to add those that Marion already sent to you. Will do that in due time though - financial year end in Namibia chases me around quite a bit today...
Regarding the Latinitsa: http://2cyr.com/ in combination with http://uk.babelfish.yahoo.com/ doesn't seem to be a real winner on this either.
I'm just not sure which part of the duo gets it wrong though - drats, I probably just have to learn Russian for a change ;-)
My guess: from a *meteorological* point of view, the 1st of March is the beginning of spring in the northern hemisphere.
So that might be the key to the message - even if it is just a guess (and yez, I know too that from an *astronomical/calendar* point of view spring only starts on 21st of March).
