The team told how they came across a yacht a day or so ago and then a comment from the crew of the yact appeared on the Energy Diet website. Ever curious, Tempest decided to have a look around and found this: Another record for the ED Trimaran!! Black Arrow's first encounter with another boat over a distance of 12 000 miles.

We have met Russian inflatable trimaran
Hi all
Yesterday afternoon we came across a firdt sailing vessel on the open ocean since Pacific! more than 12,000 miles. It was Russian inflatable trimaran Energy Diet. They are sailing from SA to Brazil and making a record for the longest journey done by inflatable vessel.
A Dorado has just been caught, so fish for dinner tonight
